We prepared the following standards to make a clean and high-quality nail salon and prevent any health risks related to infection and injuries also reduce the risk of transmitting communicable diseases. Besides, we take the British Columbia Personal Services Establishment Regulation to maintain and operate Lupinus Nails Salon.
If you need to have your nails fixed and our guarantee policy still covers it, please return to the salon that did your nails. If you go to another salon, you will have to pay for the nail repair.
Dip powder is guaranteed for seven days. In case your dip powder chips within seven days, please get in touch with us immediately to arrange a fix for you. If you go to a different salon, you will have to pay for the nail fix. Please let us know when you came and which technician worked on you.
We would guarantee gel polish for seven days only if the polish was applied along with a manicure. If your gel manicure chips within seven days, please get in touch with us immediately to arrange a fix for you. If you go to a different salon, you will have to pay for the nail fix. Please let us know when you came and which technician worked on you.
Please do not leave messages on the salon's answering machine if one is provided, as the answering machines are not monitored. Reservation is possible through the website after receiving a confirmation message or after the Lupinus Nails Salon coordinator arranged an appointment. Appointments are regularly serviced at their scheduled times, and walk-in customers will be serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please get in touch with the Lupinus Nails salon's coordinator if it appears that you will be late for an appointment. If you expect to be more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but we'll make every effort to do so. We can reschedule an appointment for another time. Please respect our time, and we will be glad to do our best to respect yours.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We would be grateful if you could respect it.
From Monday to Friday, our usual working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Saturday and Sunday, we are closed. If there are weather-related closures at our salon, we will post those changes at the top of the home page of our website.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Lupinus Nails Gift Cards are acceptable payment methods for services and products. Checks and payments over the phone are not acceptable. Please note that Lupinus Nails does not have any control over the possible charges that the bank temporarily adds to your transaction amount or other terms and conditionals associated with your card. Our online pricing is only valid on Lupinus Nails' official website. We do not post our pricing on other websites.
No refunds for services provided. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, we will gladly make it right for you. Please let our front desk or an on-site manager know if you have any problems regarding your service.
Lupinus Nails Gift Cards and unused balances can not be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Additionally, Lupinus Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Gift cards have a one-year expiration date from the date of purchase.
Please let us know if you are pregnant, diabetic, or have other medical conditions, such as fungus, allergies, or skin problems. Having this information would be helpful in case of an emergency; it will safeguard you and your technician while also assisting us in obtaining the best medical care. Customers who are coughing, sneezing, or feeling ill should cancel and reschedule their appointments for the sake of everyone's health. If you insist on coming to our salon while you are sick, please wear a mask to protect everyone.
We are doing a lot to maintain clean, safe salons. Please consider the epidemic and pandemic policy.
We value your privacy when it comes to your health, credit card information, and phone numbers. We do recommend that you leave your phone number when setting an appointment so that we can call you to reschedule or schedule you with another technician if your booked technician is unavailable that day.
We make every attempt to accommodate our customers with disabilities at Lupinus Nails. We have wheelchair-accessible manicure tables, and we can provide foot polish services to our customers while they are seated in their wheelchairs. As there are some insurance restrictions, our technicians cannot assist handicapped people in sitting in our pedicure chairs because there is the risk of falling. We will do everything we can to serve our wheelchair-bound customers while they stay sitting in their wheelchairs.
All persons under the age of 16 for using any artificial nail service, such as acrylic, gel, or dip powder, require a parent or guardian to be accompanied for the appointment.
Lupinus Nails is not responsible for your belongings damaged at our salon. Please be careful when handling polishes. Lupinus Nails is not responsible for any personal items left behind, but we will do our best to find and hold your personal items until you return.
Before getting a manicure service, please wash your hands. It is a routine for our technicians between customers.
We merely ask that customers minimize their cell phone use while in our salon. To have a peaceful environment for all, we recommend that cell phones be set to "silent/vibrate."
We have the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason.
If you leave the salon without mentioning anybody about your dissatisfaction, you must contact the Lupinus Nails Salon within 24 hours.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, inform the technician to fix them or speak to the onsite manager.
Our technicians are knowledgeable about nail care, so in case you want to know how to preserve your nail service, please ask them.
For any complaints and feedback, we recommend you speak with the salon manager before leaving our salon so that they can assist you. Otherwise, please contact us.
